- 1920-$75 per week was the cost for renting the use of the island
- 1924-An outhouse was added to the island.
- 1924-The island was cleared up a bit, and some new things could be seen: three wood framed cabins along the new fence on the east side, a rough baseball diamond, and a volleyball net could be hung between two trees by headquarters
- 1925-The first chapel was built. It consisted of benches with a slanted board on a tree stump as the pulpit.
- May 13, 1925-The Silver Anniversary of the Boys' Brigade made the headlines of the Daily News: "Quarter Century of Service to Boyhood Marked by Brigade... 250 Attend Jubilee Banquet Here Tuesday Evening"
- 1925-1927-The Brigade continued to grow from 93 boys in 1925 to 103 boys in 1927, and the leadership grew form 6 to 16 leaders. S.F. Shattuck continued as counselor, guardian of the basic principle of the organization, recruiter of solid men as leaders, and financial "angel".
- 1925-On W.A. Sturgis' farm west of Neenah, a cabin was built in the woods and was leased to the Brigade for overnight stays and outings.
- September 16, 1925- Mr. and Mrs. Shattuck deeded Onaway Island to the Onaway Camping Associations.
- 1928-The Danke Creamery property was bought and the Wesley Hall of the Methodist Church became available for mass activities of the Brigade.
- December 27, 1928-Because the Brigade became a property owner through the purchase of the Danke Creamery and its two sixty foot lots, they had to incorporate under Chapter 180 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
